// B2B SALES / KOMMO CRM / CUSTOM EXTENSIONS

A CRM shaped around the real sales process.

Proks uses Kommo CRM as a working environment for complex B2B sales across several business directions and pipelines.

The project went beyond standard configuration: corporate customer context, OneDrive documents and specialised extensions had to work together without turning the CRM into a separate administrative burden.

// THE BUSINESS CHALLENGE

One database is not yet a sales system.

A B2B distributor needs the CRM to preserve the context of each business direction, company and opportunity while keeping the next commercial action visible.

BUSINESS LINESPIPELINES

Different sales need different paths

Several directions cannot be forced through one generic sequence without losing the stages and responsibilities that matter to each process.

  • Separate sales pipelines
  • Relevant stages and ownership
  • A common management environment
The structure follows the commercial process rather than a universal CRM template.
B2B CONTEXTCOMPANIES

The customer is more than one contact

Corporate sales involve companies, several people, opportunities and documents that must remain understandable as the relationship develops.

  • Company and contact context
  • Opportunities connected to the account
  • Documents available from the working process
The salesperson should see the account context without rebuilding it from separate tools.
DAILY WORKUSABILITY

Adoption depends on the working interface

When standard screens do not support the real task, focused widgets and interface extensions can remove unnecessary steps and expose the right information.

  • Specialised working widgets
  • Interface adaptations
  • Extensions around Kommo
Custom development was used where it improved the process, not to replace the platform.

// PLATFORM + ADAPTATION

Keep the CRM foundation. Adapt the working model.

Kommo supplied the reusable sales platform. Tenderate shaped its structure and extended the parts where Proks needed a more specific B2B workflow.

KOMMO CRM FOUNDATION

Standard sales capabilities retained

The project uses Kommo for the shared commercial environment rather than rebuilding standard CRM functions.

  • Companies, contacts and leads
  • Pipelines, stages and responsibility
  • Tasks, notes and communication history
  • Search, filtering and management visibility
  • Extensible CRM interface
PROKS-SPECIFIC LAYER

The business process added

The configuration and custom extensions connect the platform to the way the distributor actually organises corporate sales.

  • Multiple business directions and pipelines
  • Corporate account context
  • OneDrive document integration
  • Specialised widgets and interface enhancements
  • Custom extensions around the sales workflow

The public case describes the business capabilities, not private field structures, authentication details or internal integration endpoints.

// PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY

From sales analysis to a working CRM.

The same responsibility connected the commercial process, CRM structure, integrations and custom development.

01DISCOVERY

Understand sales

Identify the business directions, participants, account context and points where the current process loses clarity.

02CRM ARCHITECTURE

Shape the process

Translate the sales model into pipelines, stages, responsibilities and a usable information structure.

03INTEGRATION

Connect documents

Bring the required OneDrive document context into the working CRM process.

04EXTENSION

Close the gaps

Develop focused widgets and interface improvements where standard Kommo behavior was not enough.

// MY ROLE

Sales process analysis, CRM architecture, configuration, integrations and custom development.

// FACTUAL RESULT

A CRM fitted to complex B2B work.

The delivered system brings several sales directions, corporate customer context, documents and tailored working tools into Kommo.

DELIVERED CAPABILITYSALES SYSTEM

One managed commercial environment

The CRM gives the business a shared structure for different B2B sales processes while preserving the information needed around corporate accounts.

  • Several business directions represented in Kommo
  • Corporate customers and opportunities in context
  • OneDrive documents connected to the workflow
  • Specialised widgets and interface adaptations
  • A platform that can be extended further
No unsupported conversion, revenue or productivity percentages are claimed.
WHY IT MATTERSFOCUSED FIT

Customisation without rebuilding CRM

The project demonstrates a pragmatic boundary: reuse a mature platform, then invest custom development only where the business process needs it.

  • Lower scope than a CRM built from zero
  • Business-specific workflow remains visible
  • Standard Kommo capabilities stay available
  • Extensions can evolve with the process
The same boundary should be defined separately for every CRM project.

// CASE FACTS

What Proks demonstrates.

This case shows when a focused CRM project can be a complete and economically practical business system on its own.

Was Proks a standard Kommo setup?

No. Kommo provided the CRM foundation, while the sales structure, OneDrive integration, specialised widgets and interface enhancements were adapted to the client's process.

Why use several pipelines?

Different business directions can have different stages, responsibilities and sales logic. Separate pipelines preserve those differences while keeping management inside one CRM environment.

Does every Kommo project need custom development?

No. Configuration should be used when it is sufficient. Custom widgets or integrations are justified only when they remove a real process gap or connect important working context.

What is intentionally not public?

Private field structures, internal endpoints, authentication details, customer records and other implementation-specific information remain outside this public case.
