// PRIVACY AT TENDERATE.EU

Clear rules for personal data.

This policy explains what Tenderate SIA processes when you visit tenderate.eu or contact us directly, and what choices you have.

The current website has no account registration, checkout, newsletter form or advertising analytics. Most personal data appears only when you choose to write by email or WhatsApp.

01

Who controls the data?

The controller is Tenderate SIA, registration number 40203169803, Cīruļu iela 1, Piņķi, Babītes pag., Mārupes nov., LV-2107, Latvia.

Privacy contact: it@tenderate.eu. Project contact: +371 25 123 661.

02

What data may be processed?

  • Information you provide in an email or WhatsApp conversation, such as your name, company, contact details, project context and attached materials.
  • Technical server logs used to deliver and protect the website, which may include IP address, browser or device information, timestamps, requested URLs and referrer data.
  • Business correspondence, proposals, agreements, invoices and related records if a commercial relationship develops.

The website does not currently create user accounts or collect orders, delivery addresses or payment card data.

03

Why is data used?

  • To answer inquiries, understand a potential project and propose a realistic next step.
  • To prepare, negotiate and deliver services and maintain client communication.
  • To keep tenderate.eu reliable and secure, diagnose technical errors and prevent abuse.
  • To meet accounting, tax and other legal obligations and protect legal claims.
05

Who may receive data?

Access is limited to Tenderate and service providers needed for communication, hosting, security, accounting or legal support. They receive only the data necessary for their role. WhatsApp is operated by Meta and processes data under its own terms when you choose that channel.

The site loads Google Fonts. The browser may therefore send technical request data, including an IP address, to Google when the page is loaded. Transfers outside the European Economic Area, if any, are handled through the safeguards required by applicable law.

06

How long is data kept?

Routine inquiry correspondence is normally kept for up to 24 months after the last meaningful contact so that the context can be restored if the discussion resumes. Contract, accounting and tax records are retained for the periods required by law. Security logs are kept only as long as reasonably necessary for operation and protection.

Data may be retained longer when necessary to establish, exercise or defend a legal claim.

07

Your rights

Subject to the GDPR conditions, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of personal data, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may withdraw consent without affecting processing already performed.

Send a request to it@tenderate.eu. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Data State Inspectorate of Latvia. Tenderate does not sell personal data and does not use automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects.

08

Cookies and external services

Tenderate.eu currently does not use analytics, advertising or profiling cookies. A consent banner is therefore not shown. Basic technical behaviour may be added only where needed for the site to function.

External links, including WhatsApp, and externally loaded Google Fonts are services of third parties. Their processing begins under their own policies when your browser contacts them. If analytics, embedded media or marketing tools are introduced later, this section and any required consent mechanism will be updated before use.
