// APPLIED AI FOR BUSINESS

Put AI inside a process, not beside it.

AI agents that work with business knowledge, data and tools — with a defined role, measurable task and clear human control.

The project starts with a process where time, leads or information are being lost. A prototype tests whether AI can improve that process before the business commits to a larger implementation.

// PRACTICAL SCENARIOS

Choose the process before the technology.

The same AI model can support very different work. Value comes from the surrounding process, source data, actions, controls and adoption by the people involved.

COMMUNICATELEADS

Customer and sales agents

Handle recurring inbound questions, use approved product knowledge, qualify the request and transfer complex cases with context.

  • Website, messaging and email scenarios
  • Product and policy knowledge
  • Qualification and CRM data
  • Human handoff for judgement
For Kommo-based sales communication, the CRM remains the operating environment.
ASSISTKNOWLEDGE

Internal knowledge agents

Help employees find, compare and draft from approved documents and business knowledge without searching through scattered folders.

  • Policies, products and procedures
  • Document and archive search
  • Answers with source context
  • Drafts for employee review
Access follows the user's permissions; private knowledge is not made public.
OPERATEDATA

Data and workflow agents

Classify documents, enrich catalogs, prepare content, compare records and trigger bounded next steps in an operational workflow.

  • Catalog and document processing
  • Classification and data extraction
  • Content, translation and analysis
  • Controlled tools and status updates
High-impact or irreversible actions require stronger controls and approval.

// THE AGENT IS NOT THE WHOLE SYSTEM

Intelligence needs an operating boundary.

A useful agent is surrounded by data ownership, permissions, tools, validation, observability and a fallback path. The model is one component of that architecture.

WHAT THE AI COMPONENT CAN DO

Understand and propose

The agent can interpret natural language and unstructured information, retrieve relevant context and prepare a response or next action.

  • Understand intent and context
  • Search approved knowledge
  • Extract and classify information
  • Draft answers, content or decisions
  • Select from permitted actions
WHAT MAKES IT A BUSINESS SYSTEM

Control and verify

The surrounding system decides what information the agent can use, what actions are allowed and when a person must take over.

  • Identity, permissions and data boundaries
  • Explicit tools and action limits
  • Test cases and quality evaluation
  • Logs, status and exception handling
  • Approval and human handoff

An impressive demonstration is not enough. The acceptance criterion is a scenario that works with representative business data, reveals its uncertainty and fails safely.

// CONTROLLED DELIVERY

Prove the useful behaviour. Then integrate.

The first stage is deliberately small: one process, representative cases and a clear decision about whether the scenario deserves production investment.

01PROCESS AUDIT

Find the valuable task

Map the current work, data, exceptions and cost of failure. Choose a scenario where improvement can be observed.

02PROTOTYPE + EVAL

Test with real cases

Build a bounded prototype and evaluate correct answers, weak cases, missing knowledge and required handoffs.

03INTEGRATION

Connect data and tools

Add approved knowledge, permissions, CRM or internal-system actions, monitoring and safe failure paths.

04OPERATIONS

Improve from evidence

Review conversations, exceptions and outcomes; update knowledge and behaviour instead of assuming the first version is final.

// ENTRY POINT

A focused audit and prototype may start around €3K. Production agents with several channels, tools, permissions and operating support require a broader staged scope.

// RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

AI connected to real systems.

Tenderate's AI work is grounded in commerce data, CRM communication and custom operating workflows rather than isolated chatbot demonstrations.

SPS-INDUSTRY / DATA OPERATIONS1M+ PRODUCTS

AI-assisted catalog workflows

A large commerce backend uses AI-assisted processing for recurring product-data and content operations while retaining validation and control points.

  • Product information and classification
  • Content, translation and SEO
  • Media preparation workflows
  • Status, exceptions and human review
This demonstrates AI as part of an operational system, not an independent content generator.EXPLORE THE SPS-INDUSTRY CASE ↗
KOMMO / CUSTOMER COMMUNICATIONSALES PROCESS

AI inside the CRM workflow

Kommo can provide the sales context for inbound AI agents: customer conversation, approved knowledge, lead data, follow-up logic and manager handoff.

  • Messaging and social channels
  • Product and company knowledge
  • Lead qualification and field updates
  • Manager handoff with context
Exact AI Agent capabilities depend on the selected Kommo plan, channels and configuration.EXPLORE KOMMO CRM ↗

// PRACTICAL QUESTIONS

Before building an AI agent.

The best starting point is a bounded process with available data, a responsible owner and a clear definition of acceptable risk.

What is an AI agent in business terms?

A software component that can interpret a request, use approved knowledge, choose from permitted tools and continue a defined process. Its scope, permissions and handoff rules matter more than the label “agent”.

Do we need to prepare all company data first?

No. Start with the documents, records and examples required by one scenario. The prototype will reveal data gaps before a larger knowledge or integration project begins.

Can the agent work with voice, email, WhatsApp or social channels?

Potentially yes, but channel access, cost, identity and action limits vary by platform. For customer communication, a connected Kommo CRM process may be the practical operating environment.

When should a person remain in the loop?

When the decision has legal, financial, reputational or customer-impact risk; when information is incomplete; or when the agent's confidence and evidence do not meet the agreed threshold.

Can an agent update internal systems?

Yes, when a secure integration and explicit permission model exist. Read-only retrieval and drafting are lower-risk starting points. Writes, external messages and irreversible actions need stronger validation, audit and approval rules.

Describe the repeated work, information involved and the cost of a wrong answer or action. I will suggest a realistic prototype boundary.
