// CS-CART COMMERCE SYSTEMS

CS-Cart AUTHORIZED RESELLER

Commerce built around how your business sells.

Online stores, B2B portals and niche marketplaces that connect the catalog, commercial rules, orders and internal operations.

This is not a template installation. We use a mature commerce platform for standard capabilities, then invest the custom budget in the processes that make the business different.

// CHOOSE THE MODEL

Start with the business model. Then choose features.

A store, a B2B portal and a marketplace may look similar to a buyer, but their economics, roles and operating responsibilities are different.

OWN CATALOG / B2C€5K — €15K+

Online
store

For a company selling its own products and needing a reliable sales channel connected to daily operations.

  • Catalog, pricing and promotions
  • Orders, payments and delivery
  • Content, SEO and analytics
  • CRM, accounting or logistics integration
Best when the commercial model is clear and speed to a working launch matters.
REPEAT CLIENTS / CONTRACT TERMS€10K — €35K+

B2B
commerce

For recurring business customers who need their own prices, ordering rules, documents and a faster path to repeat purchases.

  • Customer accounts and roles
  • Wholesale or negotiated pricing
  • Bulk order and repeat-order scenarios
  • ERP, PIM, CRM and back-office connections
The exact B2B logic is designed around how customers buy, approve and account for orders.
INDEPENDENT SELLERS / OPERATOR RULES€15K — €50K+

Niche
marketplace

For an operator building a focused market where multiple sellers work under shared catalog, transaction and quality rules.

  • Seller onboarding and dashboards
  • Catalog moderation and data standards
  • Commissions, plans and payout scenarios
  • Marketplace-specific logistics and payments
A narrow marketplace wins through domain rules and operator discipline, not through the number of features.

// PLATFORM + EXPERTISE

Do not rebuild standard commerce. Build your advantage.

CS-Cart supplies a substantial operating foundation. Tenderate turns that foundation into a system fitted to the commercial model, data and internal processes.

WHAT THE PLATFORM PROVIDES

A mature commerce core

Store Builder and Multi-Vendor cover different ownership models. Self-hosted editions provide source access under licence and can be extended through add-ons, hooks and APIs.

  • Catalog, cart, checkout and order management
  • Pricing, promotions, payments and shipping foundations
  • Seller panels, moderation and commissions in Multi-Vendor
  • Languages, currencies and multiple storefronts by edition
  • API and extension points for connected systems
WHAT TENDERATE ADDS

The business system around it

I translate the business model into product data, roles, commercial rules and operating flows — then implement the required platform configuration, custom logic and integrations.

  • Business discovery and solution architecture
  • Catalog structure and product-data rules
  • Custom add-ons and integration services
  • Migration, launch and real-scenario testing
  • Ongoing evolution after the first release

Edition, licence, hosting, payment providers and exact native capabilities are confirmed before the commercial proposal. Platform licence costs are separate from Tenderate implementation work.

// FROM IDEA TO OPERATIONS

A useful first release. A controlled growth path.

The first release should prove the selling model and operational flow. Later stages add markets, automation and integrations from evidence, not assumptions.

01BUSINESS MODEL

Define how value and money move

Products, buyers, sellers, commercial rules, responsibilities and the result the first release must prove.

02ARCHITECTURE

Choose edition, boundaries and data

Platform role, custom development, product structure, integrations and staged delivery are made explicit.

03WORKING RELEASE

Build and test real scenarios

Configuration and code are tested with real products, roles, orders and exception paths before launch.

04GROWTH LOOP

Improve from actual use

Automation, markets and new capabilities are added where operating evidence shows the strongest value.

// STARTING POINT

A defined store can be estimated directly. A complex B2B or marketplace project begins with a short architecture stage so the budget is not spent on the wrong operating model.

DISCUSS THE SCOPE ↗

// RELEVANT PROOF

Two commerce systems. Two kinds of complexity.

SPS-Industry demonstrates data and operating scale. Basebulk demonstrates how a marketplace must adapt to the rules of a particular industry.

B2B E-COMMERCE / DATA / AI1M+ PRODUCTS

SPS-Industry

A B2B commerce and data platform with more than one million products and an internal system that prepares and controls storefront information.

  • Catalog, pricing, stock, content and media data
  • Translations, SEO and AI-assisted processing
  • Architecture derived from the business rather than a ready specification
MY ROLE — discovery, product logic, architecture, development, implementation and ongoing evolution. EXPLORE THE SPS-INDUSTRY CASE ↗
CS-CART MULTI-VENDOR / INDUSTRYMARKETPLACE

Basebulk

A niche marketplace for raw materials, packaging and contract manufacturing, adapted to specialised products and industry rules.

  • Independent sellers and industry-specific catalogs
  • Weighted and fractional products
  • Specifications, quality documents and complex product data
  • Payment and logistics scenarios

// PRACTICAL QUESTIONS

Before choosing the platform.

The right decision depends less on the feature list and more on ownership, commercial rules, data and the operating model behind the storefront.

Is CS-Cart suitable for starting small?

Yes, when the first release has a clear job and the business expects more than a simple brochure catalog. A focused store or marketplace MVP can validate the model, while the same foundation can later support custom processes and integrations. The scope still needs discipline: a platform cannot validate the business idea by itself.

Is CS-Cart open source, and do we control the system?

CS-Cart is commercial source-available software, not a free open-source product. Self-hosted editions provide access to source code under their licence and let the business control hosting and development. The exact rights and included capabilities depend on the chosen edition and licence terms.

Can the store connect to ERP, CRM, PIM or logistics?

Yes, CS-Cart provides APIs and extension points, and integrations are a normal part of Tenderate projects. This can include a connected Kommo sales process. Feasibility depends on the other system's API, data quality and ownership of each process. The integration contract is defined before implementation.

Can one system support several countries or storefronts?

Multiple storefronts, languages, currencies and regional rules are supported in relevant editions and configurations. Expansion should still be designed deliberately: catalogs, prices, taxes, payments, logistics and content ownership may differ by market.

Does the project price include the CS-Cart licence?

No. Public Tenderate ranges describe implementation work. Platform licences, hosting, paid add-ons, payment providers and other third-party services are selected and budgeted separately.
